Modifications by Customer: If you wish to make changes to your booking, such as changing the date, destination, or number of participants, you must notify us as soon as possible. All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Any change requests made less than 48 hours before the tour start date may not be accommodated.
Changes by Munohatour: We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary or services offered in your booking due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, transportation delays, or supplier issues. If significant changes are required, you will be informed as soon as possible, and you may be offered an alternative arrangement or a refund.
Limitation of Liability: Munohatour will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, personal injury, or damage to property. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Munohatour, its affiliates, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of our services, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Passport and Visa: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport and the necessary visas or travel permits for your destination. Munohatour will not be responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.
Health Requirements: Some destinations may have specific health requirements, such as vaccinations. It is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional and obtain any necessary vaccinations or medications before traveling.
We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal injury, and loss of personal belongings. Munohatour will not be responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of inadequate insurance coverage.
Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to behave in a manner that respects local customs, laws, and the rights of other participants. Unruly, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior may result in your removal from the tour without a refund. Munohatour reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who poses a threat to the safety or enjoyment of other participants.
Alcohol and Substance Use: The consumption of alcohol or illegal substances during the tour is strictly prohibited. Any participant found to be under the influence may be removed from the tour without a refund.
Damage to Property: You will be held responsible for any damage to property caused by your actions during the tour. Any costs associated with repairs or replacements will be charged to you.
Complaints: If you have any concerns or complaints during your tour, please notify your tour guide or contact Munohatour immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. Complaints that are not raised during the tour may not be considered valid after the tour has concluded.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the country in which Munohatour is registered.
